ITTC CompLearn has been founded in 2005. Currently it is one of the leading European IT training centers and one of the precursors of the e-learning. CompLearn specializes in technology & methodology of IT training carried out fully remotely via Internet within advanced distant learning platforms. The company is academically rooted. Its mission is to implement innovation and high quality in IT training, combining academic level of education with practical dimension of technologies applicability. ITTC CompLearn Ltd. is accredited by the European Information Technologies Certification Institute (EITCI Institue) in Brussels and assists technically implementing EITC/EITCA certification standard. All of the company's operations are a subject of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification, accredited by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS). CompLearn served over 100 thousand individual customers and hundreds of companies & institutions.

Technically implementing the EU IT certifications validation

The European EITC/EITCA competencies certification framework is all about seamless validation. ITTC CompLearn is responsible for implementing and for further development of all the technology used in electronic certification validation and maintainance. The paper certification is nowadays only the tip of the iceberg. Much more robust and detailed information, including exam results, programme contents, activity monitoring reports, etc. are available on the EITCI platform of certification validation. What do we sell?

As the main EITC/EITCA certification technology partner, we are not selling IT training & certification to individual customers. For this we encourage you to buy either EITC certification or join EITCA Academy. We do however offer the commercial services to interested institutional and corporate customers on implementing highly tailored and customized internal IT training programmes.

CompLearn is a technical operator of the EITCA Academy Certification Programme of European Information Technologies Certification Institute. The EITCI Institute, seated in Brussels, is a not-for-profit organization, dedicated to desimination of the highest quality standards in IT education and certification. CompLearn assists technologically.

Some of our projects

CompLearn has developed own advanced technology of adaptive e-learning platforms, enabling flexibly organized didactic processes carried out fully remotely via Internet, without need of physical presence, either eliminating or reducing multiple barriers. CompLearn e-learning platforms incorporate state-of-the-art networking solutions for the modern asynchronous learning. These technologies are at the frontline of what we call cloud learning and support dissemination of knowledge and of digital literacy in particular.

Some of our projects

Upon the EITCI EU cooperation CompLearn is also responsible for a technical operation of the IT ID standard. This personal Information Technology ID is disseminated by the EITCI Insttute as an international standard for digital literacy. IT ID functions as a free, universal and modern IT skills resume. It is a digital replacement of a traditional CV IT competencies list, combined with means for external verification of personal IT competencies.
